Cancellation by the applicable Outlet
The applicable outlet has the discretion to cancel an order. Reasons for cancellation are as under:
CANCELLATION BY THE OUTLET:
- Unavailability of the product
- Any technical errors
- If the address given is invalid or incorrect
- If it is established that the order has been placed in bulk for the purpose of commercial retail
- Pricing and specification of any food product which is incorrectly represented due to a technical error
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever without any liability. On such cancellation, you will be sent a notification email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to the applicable outlet.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
An order once placed cannot be modified or cancelled
Refunds are provided for cancellation/ return of food items / products, subject to the eligible cancellation/ or terms and conditions, initiated in accordance with the cancellation policy
TIME PERIOD FOR REFUNDS
Refunds are normally processed with 14 days working days after the completion of quality checks of food/ products returned and further depends on various banking and payment channels
The applicable outlet is not responsible for any errors or delays in refund due to banks or third-party service provider.
MODE OF REFUND
The mode of refund of payments cannot be changed at any stage as the refund amount is transferred to your source account.
Order Processing- Orders are delivered within 40 minutes (within 8 kms radius) and 1 hour if beyond 8 kms radius after order confirmation.
Delivery charges will be additional and shall be applicable on actuals based on third party delivery partner and destination
Delivery charges can either be paid to the service provider directly or be routed through us.
